20t HC Type Wire Rope Electric Hoist

I. Introduction

HC type wire rope electric hoist is a new type of large tonnage hoist composed of 08 type and 16 type. It is a lifting device used on hoist double girder bridge crane, electric single girder crane, electric suspension crane. It can also be installed on fixed overhead track for independent use.

II. Features

1. HC type wire rope electric hoist adopts planetary reducer to reduce speed, high transmission efficiency, low noise and compact structure. It omits the intermediate shaft and square appearance, which is easier to install and fix.

2. The lifting hook is provided with a locking device to prevent the rigging from slipping off accidentally.

3. The motor is equipped with a thermal protection device. When the motor temperature is too high, the device will automatically cut off the circuit to protect the motor from damage.

4. HC type wire rope electric hoist adopts cam limit and has high limit precision.

5. High safety and reliability: This machine can be equipped with optional load-limiting protection device to avoid the adverse consequences caused by overload.
