II. Overhead Crane with Magnet Carrier Beam application
Electromagnetic hanging girder overhead crane and the use of removable electromagnetic sucker as a lifting tool for handling magnetic properties of ferrous metal products and materials such as steel ingots, steel, iron blocks, mainly for the iron and steel enterprises rolling line, finished product library, Shipyard steel yard, cutting workshop and so on. III.Crane component details
1.Main beam

2. End beams
The structure of the end beam is made of rectangular steel pipe or steel plate. After the forming of the end beam, the CNC machine is positioned and processed again to avoid the dimensional accuracy and the tolerance of the end beam. The main beam and the end beam are connected with high strength bolts to ensure the accuracy and smooth running of the whole machine
3. Magnet Carrier Beam
The main part of the electromagnetic bridge crane is magnet. Turn on the current, the magnet will hold the steel items firmly, lifting to the designated place. Cut off Current, magnetic disappeared, steel items to put down.
4.electrical systems
The power supply is in the form of a trolley wire, The vehicle is equipped with aviation plugs, the scene without wiring.
