Operating Principle of Electric Hydraulic Grab:

When the motor is running, the hydraulic pump pumps the hydraulic oil from the tank. When the grab needs to be opened, the hydraulic oil flows through the pressure pipe to the rod cavity of the cylinder through the one-way valve. At the same time, the pressure oil opens the return port of the hydraulic control one-way valve, and the oil in the rodless chamber of the cylinder flows into the return pipe, and returns to the tank through the return filter. When the piston rod of the oil cylinder shrinks back to the cylinder, the grab is gradually opened. When the motor is closed, the one-way valve and the hydraulic control one-way valve can lock the oil pressure in the cylinder to prevent the grab from closing automatically. When the motor is running, the hydraulic pump pumps the oil into the pressure pipe, operates the electronic control box, and the hydraulic oil enters the rodless cavity of the cylinder through the unidirectional valve and pressure pipe. At the same time, the pressure oil opens the control channel of the hydraulic control one-way valve, so that the hydraulic oil in the rod cavity of the cylinder passes through the pressure pipe and the hydraulic control one-way valve, and flows back to the tank through the return pipe and the oil filter.
