Overview

I. Product Profile

Double girder gantry crane is mainly used for loading and unloading, handling and stacking of containers at railway transit yard and large container yard. Design and manufacture according to GB/T 14406 "General gantry crane".Mainly made up of bridge, trolley, crane traveling mechanism and electric system.

II. Main Characteristics

1. It have multiple functions of single hook lifting,double hook hoisting,turnover,slight horizontal turnover etc;

2. The gantry frame includes two types;single girder and double girder.To max utilize materials,the girder adopts optimum design of variable section;

3. The upper trolley has two main hooks,which are separately fixed at the outside of the girder;

4. The lower trolley has a main hook and a secondary hook,which are fixed between the two main girders;

5. The upper trolley and the lower trolley can cross each other while in operation;

6. All mechanisms are controlled by frequency converters;

7. On top of the main girder of rigid leg side,equipped jib crane to accomplish maintenance of upper and lower trolleys;

8. To prevent storm attack,also equipped safe and reliable anti-wind devices such as rail clamp and ground anchor.
