The bridge crane is a lifting equipment which is mounted on the workshop, the warehouse and the material yard. Because it is located on both ends of a tall cement column or metal stent, the shape is like a bridge. The bridge frame of the overhead traveling crane is longitudinally laid along the track on both sides of the viaduct, and the space under the bridge can be fully used to transport the material without the hindrance of the ground equipment. A bridge type crane, which is called overhead crane, runs on overhead rails. Bridge
Bridge frame is the basic component of bridge crane, which consists of main girder, end beam and walking platform. The main span of the main girder is over the span, and there are box, frame, web, round pipe and other structural forms. Both ends of the main beam are connected with the end beam, and there is a walking platform on the outside of the two main beam, with a safety railing. A trolley moving mechanism is installed on the walking platform on one side of the driver's cab, and the other side of the platform is equipped with a power supply device for the electric equipment of the trolley, namely the auxiliary sliding line. A guide rail is installed above the main beam to move the car. The whole bridge crane moves along the track of the length of the workshop under the drag of the cart moving mechanism.
Cart moving mechanism
The moving mechanism of the cart is composed of a cart, an electric motor, a drive shaft, a reducer, a wheel and a brake. The driving modes are centralized driving and two driving separately.
Trolley moving mechanism
The trolley is placed on the bridge guide rail and can move along the width direction of the workshop. The car is mainly welded by steel plate, which is composed of a small frame, a trolley moving mechanism and lifting mechanism.
The trolley moving mechanism consists of a car, a motor, a brake, a coupling, a reducer and a wheel. The trolley motor drives the car driving wheel through the reducer, and the trolley moves along the guide rail, because the driving wheel of the car is close to each other, so it is driven by an electric motor.
There are two kinds of transmission mechanism of the car moving mechanism: one is the reducer in the middle of the two driving wheels; the other is the reducer installed on the side of the car. The reducer is installed in the middle of the two driving wheels, so that the torque of the transmission shaft is more uniform; the reducer is installed on the side of the trolley, so that the installation and maintenance are more convenient.
Lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism is composed of lifting motor, reducer, reel, brake and so on. Hoist motor through the coupling and the brake wheel is connected with the speed reducer, the reducer output shaft and reel winding wire rope is connected with the other end mounted hook wire rope, when the drum rotating HOOKWITH the wire rope on the drum winding or release the rise or fall. For cranes with lifting capacity of 15t and above, there are two lifting mechanisms, namely main hook and auxiliary hook.
It can be seen that the weight moves up and down with the rotation of the drum on the hook; with the car moving in the width direction of the workshop, it can move forward and backward with the length of the workshop in the direction of the workshop. In this way, the heavy object can be moved in three directions, vertical, horizontal and vertical, and the weight is moved to any position of the workshop to complete the lifting and transportation task.
Control room
The control room is the pod that controls the crane, also known as the cab. The control room has large, trolley moving mechanism control device, lifting mechanism control device and crane protection device, etc..
The control room is usually fixed at one end of the main girder, and a few are loaded under the car and moved along with the car. There is a hatch leading to the walking table above the control room for the maintenance personnel to overhaul the car and the mechanical and electrical equipment of the car.
There are three kinds of motion of overhead crane:
(1) the bridge crane is driven by a cart motor to make longitudinal fore-and-aft movement along both sides of the workshop track.
(2) the trolley and lifting mechanism on the main girder of the cart are driven by the trolley motor to make lateral left and right movement along the main girder track of the bridge.
(3) lifting motor (main hook, auxiliary hook) drives the heavy object to do vertical lifting movement.
