There are three types of electric horizontal roll clamps:

1.The two pliers legs are tightened or loosened by the gear rack drive.

(2) The clamp has the protection function of the steel coil: a pair of proximity switches on the inner side of the clamp leg, so that the clamp leg stops when it does not contact the steel coil (distance is about 20mm), does not touch the sides of the steel coil, and does not Injured steel coil.
(3) Height centering function: the center hole of the steel coil is generally φ508 and φ610. Two pairs of photoelectric switches are installed on the two legs of the clamp. During operation, the photoelectric switch shoots through the center hole of the steel coil Only when the clamp is tightened is it convenient to operate.
(4) After lifting the steel coil, it is mechanically locked. Even if there is a wrong operation, the clamp will not open in the air.
(5) Surface protection of clamp legs:
A: A 20mm thick layer of polyurethane is cast on the surface of the clamp legs.
B: The inside is protected by an aluminum plate.
(6) If necessary, the clamp can be equipped with a rotating head, and the clamp can be horizontally rotated within 360º during operation.
(7) The jaws can be screwed into the inside of the jaws, thereby reducing the space occupied by the jaws, and the jaws turn out when hoisting.

2. The three-screw drives the wire nut to drive the two clamp legs to tighten and loosen.

The motor reducer drives the lead screw, thereby driving the two clamp legs to tighten or loosen, and the other protection and rotation heads are the same as the electric horizontal roll clamp with the gear rack transmission mode.
3. Electric horizontal roll clamp with hinged four-arm structure

The motor reducer drives the four arms to open through a screw and a wire mother, and recovers to drive the two clamp legs to loosen or tighten. It can also be equipped with a 360º horizontal rotation head, and the clamp jaws can also be screwed into the legs and unscrewed when lifting.
