Common problems in the running in of cantilever crane after delivery:
1.Rapid wear rate of crossbow craneAffected by new parts processing, assembly and adjustment. The friction surface of cantilever crane is rough, the contact area of mating surface is small, and the surface pressure condition is uneven. In the process of machine operation, the concave and convex parts of the surface of the parts are mutually chimed with each other for friction, and the worn metal fragments continue to participate in the friction as abrasive, thus accelerating the wear of the parts, therefore, the running-in period is easy to cause parts (especially the assembly surface) wear, wear rate is fast. In this case, overload may lead to component damage and premature failure.
2. Cantilever crane is looseNewly processed and assembled parts. There are deviations in geometry and dimension table. In the early stage of use, due to impact, vibration and other alternating loads, heating deformation and other factors, plus excessive wear, it is easy to loosen the original fixed parts.
3, cantilever crane bad lubricationIt is because newly installed fittings fits clearance small, and because assemble wait for a reason, assure the evenness that fits clearance hard. Lubricating oil is not easy to form a uniform film on the friction surface to prevent wear. This reduces lubrication efficiency and results in early abnormal wear. In severe cases, scratches or occlusions may occur on precisely matched friction surfaces, leading to failure.
4. Leakage of suspension craneLeakage occurs on the sealing surface of the machine and at the joint of the pipe due to loose parts, vibration and heat of the machine. Defects are difficult to detect during assembly and commissioning, such as casting and machining, but may be exposed to oil (water) leakage during operation due to vibration and shock. Therefore, in the run-in process easy to leak.
5. Operation error of suspension craneMainly because of the lack of understanding of the structure and performance of the machine (especially the new operator), easy to cause fault and even mechanical accidents due to operational errors.
