I.Introduction

The Curved Tooth Coupling is one of the movable rigid couplings. The utility model utilizes internal and external tooth engagement to realize the transmission of the torque and the rotary motion between the two coupling halves, and is suitable for the transmission shaft system connecting the two concentric shafts, and has the performance of compensating for the relative displacement of the two shafts. Its structure is shown in Figure 1. It consists of main parts such as ring gear, pin bushing and end cap. Generally, the small-sized gear coupling end cap and inner ring gear can be integrated.
