I. Electric Lever Slab Clamp

The clamp is mainly composed of a lifting ear, an opening and closing mechanism, a top beam, and an inlay.

II.Working Principle

The opening and closing mechanism controls the opening and closing of the clamp leg, and locks the slab by the frictional force generated between the self-weight of the slab and the jaw teeth. The lower beam is lifted by the winding system to open the jaws and release the slab.

III. Main Features

The clamp can grip one or more high temperature slabs (1000 degrees) at a time. The clamp height limit varies with the width of the gripping slab.

The slab is characterized by high temperature resistance, reliable operation, large load, and easy maintenance. Mainly used for steel processing and stacking slabs, has been widely used in domestic steel mills and ports.
