European Type Single Beam Overhead Crane

I. Description

Single girder overhead crane is a kind of light duty crane, and uses hoist as lifting tool. This type crane holds many characters of light structure, easy to install and maintain, which is typically used for either manufacturing or maintenance applications, where efficiency or downtime are critical factors, for instance, plants, warehouses, or material stocks. The beam adopts the whole type without welding, and the structure is more reasonable and reliable. Cabin, radio controller or hand controller can be used for operating. The cabin has seats inside.Floor adopts insulation pads and toughened glass for windows; extinguisher and fan are equipped. Other accessory equipments like air-condition, buzzer, interphone can be configured according to our client's request! The travelling motor can be standard motor, soft start motor or work with frequency controller to meet the different speed requirements.

II. Crane Features

1. Use optimized computer design box type girder as main support girder.

2. Low height of trolley with steel rope hoist, which makes hook size more reasonable and wider work scope.

3. Unique wheel frame design, help to adjust balance and install, stable structure.

4. Motor protection class is IP54,F class insulation and equipped with overload protection equipment.(optional)

5. Specially designed gearbox for crane, adopts oblique gears, self lubrication.

6. Control stick could be connected with trolley, freely move on the main girder separately and can also control the traveling speed according to the different depth of bottoms.
