Note:

Use and precautions edit

1. Regularly check the hooks according to the usage conditions, the longest shall not exceed 1 month.

2. If the hook is found to be inflexible during use, stop using it.

3. If plastic deformation of the hook is found, stop using it immediately.

4. Overload use is strictly prohibited.

5. It is strictly forbidden to stand under the hanging object during hoisting.

Retirement standardsedit

The hook should be scrapped when one of the following situations occurs:

1. Cracks;

2. Dangerous section wear reaches 10% of the original size;

3. The opening degree is 15% more than the original size;

4. The torsion deformation exceeds 10°;

5. Plastic deformation of the dangerous section or the neck of the hook;

6. When the plate hook bushing wears up to 50% of the original size, the bushing should be scrapped;

7. When the plate hook mandrel wears 50% of the original size, the mandrel should be scrapped.
