Garbage Grab Crane Operation Procedure

The operation rules of waste garbage grab crane. 

Test 1.1 running test, after the new installation or overhaul of the garbage crane, should be running test qualified, can be formally put into operation. 

1.2 test preparation and inspection before:

 (1) closed circuit check all fasteners should be firmly connected, the drive mechanism should be flexible and accurate assembling metal components without deformation, the wire rope winding drum and pulley in normal.

 (2) the insulation resistance of the measuring circuit system and all electrical equipment is qualified. 

(3) to disconnect the power line condition, control wiring inspection of overhead crane control equipment should be correct, all rotating parts should be flexible and reliable (lubrication when necessary) 

(4) electromagnet, limit switch, safety switch and emergency work must start with the reliable connection order of the motor should be correctly. 

(5) the height of the liquid level in the hydraulic grab tank should not be lower than the central position of the level gauge, but it is not allowed to exceed the highest position of the liquid level gauge. 

(6) all lubricating components shall be added with grease or lubricating oil according to the regulations.

 (7) the opening and closing position of hydraulic grab bucket should be consistent with the opening and closing mark on the operating table.
