Garbage Grab Crane Troubleshooting table

1．Operating   circuit

When the power supply cabinet is open QF0, the fuse is   fused

There is a short circuit   in the operating circuit

Check the ground   insulation to eliminate grounding faults

Power contactor KM0 cannot   be connected

1)          Line no voltage QF0

2)          The supply knob is unclosed

3)          The stop switch is not lifted

4)          The control handle is not zero position

5)          The motor protector contacts the point of disconnect

6)          3  4FU circuit   break

7)          Zero protection or threshold contact circuit breaker

8)          KM0 coil breaker

1）Use a watch to   check for voltage

2）-8）Check each   component to find the breaking point

9）Check the KM0   coil or replace the coil

After the controller closes, the motor protector moves

1)          Setting value is small

2)          There is a grounding fault in the stator circuit

3)          Overpressure or underpressure

4)          Loss of phase

5)          The mechanical part has a card death

1)          Standard adjustment

2)          Use a megohm to find out where the insulation is   damaged

3)          Adjust voltage

5) The intermediate relay   K000 is damaged

2．Motor

motor overheating

1)          The current rate exceeds the set value

2)          The driven mechanical failure (bad lubrication and   so on)

Operate the controller,   the motor does not turn

1)          There is no electricity in the line

2)          Default Phase

3)          Poor contact with controller contacts

4)          Brush and slip line contact bad or broken

5)          The rotor is open

1)          Check the presence or absence of voltage with the   table

2)          Check whether the phase is missing

3)          Check the contact information of the controller with   the table

4)          Observe and adjust the contact condition of brush   and slip line

5)          Check whether the rotor is broken or brush contact   is not good

Low output power and slow speed of motor

1)          The brake is not released

2)          The starting resistance in the rotor or stator   circuit is not safely removed

3)          mechanical jam phenomenon

4)          grid voltage drop

1)          Check and adjust the brake

2)          Check the resistive resistor circuit components so   that the contactor is operating normally

3)          Eliminate mechanical failure

4)          Eliminate the voltage drop cause or adjust the load

The motor has an abnormal   sound during operation

1)          bearing lack of oil or ball singeing
