I. Overview

Hoisting electromagnet and electromagnetism lifting electromagnet, mainly used in metallurgy, mining, machinery,transportation and other industries,such as steel and other magnetic materials. Also used as electromagnetic manipulator,holding steel and other magnetic materials,suitable for handling cast iron ingots,steel balls and various scrap steel. Its excitation mode can be adopted:the fixed voltage mode,the strong excitation mode and the overexcitation mode.

5. High temperature type electromagnet USES the unique way of heat insulation,the sucked material temperature from 600℃to 700℃,expanding the applicable scope of the electromagnet.

1. Suction material when the temperature is below 100 ℃,use normal type,more than 100 ℃,use high temperature type. Please noted when more than 600 ℃.

2. Please choose high frequency if the continuous current rate is over 60%.

3. When lifting materials in water,please choose the diving type (diving depth is less than 100 meters),and the parameters of the submersible electromagnet are the same as the normal temperature type. If the user needs to dive,please indicate when ordering.

4. Supporting equipment

When using single stage,select the rectifier control equipment and auxiliary equipment according to the consumption power (current),and choose the combined power (current) of the power (current) according to the number of the unit.
