How to solve the slow speed of the bridge double girder crane

There is usually a gap between the wheel rim and the side of the orbit, and in normal operation, they do not contact.

However, sometimes the wheel is not running in the center part of the orbit, so the wheel rim is in contact with the side of the orbit (friction).

Check to see if there is a situation:

1) there are markings on the side of the track or on the inside of the wheel rim, and there are burrs or iron filings on the marks.

 

2) when the bridge crane is moving, there are obvious changes in the short distance between the rim and the gap.

 

3) the bridge crane is in operation, the body produces the skew, the wheel deviation.

 

4) when the cart is running, it will emit a loud "hissing" gnaw.

 

5) when gnawing is especially serious, the big car will make a pit pit and even climb the rail.

There are several reasons for this:

1) track installation is unreasonable, rail support rail beam installation tilt caused when the rail is installed on the support rail beam with tilt, make the running wheel lateral, on one side of the grinding wheel inside, on the other side grinding wheel lateral.

2) when the orbital level is bent (which requires the lateral straightness is not greater than 3mm), the gnawing will be produced when the span tolerance is over, and the gnawing phenomenon is fixed on a certain line segment.

Horizontal bending is known as the "snake" bending orbit, snake curved orbit with the installation of the above mentioned problems, but in the use of the orbit due to chew the horizontal lateral force, the lateral force causes rail lateral displacement, the holder of a fixed orbit is loose, fracture, fall off, thermal deformation under horizontal lateral force and temperature force under the action of the orbit, inward outward curve.

It's the horizontal bending of the orbital.

And temperature influence, make the rail deformation, (because of the thermal expansion amount of delta L = L0 alpha (t2 - t1), orbit is influenced by temperature as high as 80-90 degrees Celsius, delta L were greater than 11 mm, therefore, the standard rail joint gap quantity can not meet the requirements, as due to the crack quantity is not enough, lead to rail against, and bending to both sides.

3) when the track gauge is too large or too small (over span standard value), it is too large and the outer rim is gnawed;

Too small, the inside wheel rim nibbled.

4) the height difference between the two tracks in the same section is too high (the pillar is not larger than 10mm, the other is not 15mm), which causes the side movement, the ultra-high lateral nibbling, and the other side of the rail.
