Light crane system Crane With Electric Hoist 500kgs uses modular design instead of the traditional machine design concept, making the basically the same functional components of the crane with multiple uses, the same connection elements and interchangeable standard modules. According to needs, it can be composed of single-beam suspension crane, double-beam suspension crane, cantilever crane, light gantry crane and stacking crane, and it can also form a large-scale automated material handling system. The safe lifting range covers 125kg-1000kg.

Structure

The crane is composed of girder weld by steel plate and l-steel, end girder, electric hoist and electric mechanism.

The crane can be hung on the l-beam rail on the top of the workshop, with the jib of 0.5~1m long.

The electric hoist runs along the lower flanges of the l-steel of the girder to accomplish article hoisting.

The span of it is 3~16m (subject to non-standard design according to user’s requirements).

The classification group is A3~A5, and the operating ambient temperature is -25°C~40°C.
