Casting bridge crane is the ladle transfer equipment in smelting workshop of steel plant, which is used for transferring, pouring and mixing molten iron in smelting process. Generally, YZ double beam structure is used below 125t. Above 125t is generally YZS type four beam structure.

YZS type adopts the main and auxiliary double trolley, four beam and four rail structure, which is mainly composed of bridge, main trolley, auxiliary trolley, hook beam, crane operation and electrical parts. The main trolley runs on the main beam track outside the bridge, and the auxiliary trolley runs on the auxiliary beam track inside the bridge. The main trolley's pick-up device is a hook beam with fixed spacing, which is used to lift the ladle, and the auxiliary trolley passes under the main trolley The operation and retrieval device is the hook, which is used to cooperate with the main hook to dump molten steel, steel slag and other auxiliary lifting operations.

YZ type casting bridge crane adopts double beam single trolley structure, which is mainly composed of bridge, trolley, hook beam, crane running and electrical parts. The main hook fetching device is a hook beam with fixed spacing, which is used to lift the ladle, and the auxiliary hook is used to cooperate with the main hook to dump molten steel, steel slag and other auxiliary lifting operations.

Crane running mechanism and main electrical equipment are installed in the main beam, and the cooling fan is installed in the main beam electrical room. In order to reduce the heat radiation of molten steel to metal structure, heat insulation board is set at the bottom of main beam along the span direction.
