High Performance Clamshell Grab for overhead crane

I. Overview

Grab bridge crane is mainly composed of box bridge, grab trolley, big car running mechanism, driver's cab and electric control system. The extract device is a grab bucket that can grab bulk materials. The clamshell bridge crane has open and closed mechanism and lifting mechanism, and the grab bucket is hoisted by four wire rope respectively in the open and closed mechanism and the lifting mechanism. III. Grab Operation

1. Opening operation: reduce the hoisting and opening to the appropriate position,stop the lifting and descending,open and close continue to drop,the grab gradually open,complete the opening action.

2. Grab a closed operation: open and close drum lifting operation,grab the upper pulley block, the lower pulley block move up,to grab grab teeth cross over each other,grab the closing of the action is complete.

In the process of closure,the lifting drum shall be operated properly,so that the lifting wire rope will not sag.

3. The rise and fall of the grab: whether the grab is open or closed,it can be operated either up or down.

During operation,the lifting and closing rollers must be carried out simultaneously.
