I. Overview

This series of dual-trolley crane with GB / T3811 "crane design specifications" and GB14405 "general bridge crane" requirements for industrial and mining workshop or open storage of long items such as wind power tower, pipe, Mold, steel pipe, wood, paper roll, etc. In the wind, rain measures, can be used in open air environment.

1.The QE type dual trolley bridge crane is used for a wide range of light and small lifting equipment,equipped with two small cars,both of which can be used simultaneously or separately.

2.Suitable environment for lifting hook bridge crane with double trolley of QE type double beam:

Recommended for this product using the environment temperature 25℃ to 40℃,relative humidity is 80% or less, when the outdoor use, with rainproof equipment.

It is applicable to the workshop of the factory,or the long piece material of the open warehouse,such as wood, container, paper tube, tube seal, bar, etc.

3.QE type 10t+10t-22.5m

II. Features

1. The main beam adopts the NC open-cut camber curve, and the main fillet weld adopts submerged arc welding.

2. The trolley conductive device USES a whole (non-segmented) "c-type slot + block" suspension cable.

3. Large car runs with "soft start" motor.

4. The autonomous development design of the car adopts automatic regulating wheel height and no "three-legged cat" phenomenon.

5. 10t and above gourd lateral arrangement, increase the lifting hook effective work position.

6. QE 10 t + 10 t 22.5 m double beam double hook bridge crane does not apply to car with explosion and fire dangerous environment, also should not be used for large humidity or place filled with acid-base gas, also cannot be used for the lifting of molten metal, toxic substances and flammable items.
