(1) Common main technical parameters

1. Rated lifting weight: refers to the sum of the weight or material that can be lifted by the crane together with the quality of the divertable spreader. For a variable amplitude crane, it refers to the maximum lifting capacity at the minimum amplitude.

2. Effective lifting weight: refers to the net weight of heavy objects or materials that can be lifted by cranes.

3. Total lifting weight: refers to the heavy objects or materials that can be lifted by the crane, together with the spreader and the spreader or attachment that is fixed on the crane for a long time (including hooks, pulley blocks, lifting wire ropes and on the boom or The sum of the masses of other lifting objects below the lifting trolley.

4. Lifting height: refers to the vertical distance of the horizontal stop surface of the crane or the running track to the highest position allowed by the spreader.

The crane work level is an operational characteristic that takes into account the degree of utilization of weight and time and the number of work cycles. 1. Amplitude: refers to the horizontal distance between the vertical centerline of the empty spreader and the centerline of the swing when the crane is placed in a horizontal field.

2. Lifting torque: refers to the product of the amplitude and the gravity of the lifting object corresponding to it.

3. Lifting overturning moment: refers to the product of the gravity of the lifting object and its distance from the overturning line.

4. Lifting speed: refers to the vertical displacement speed of the rated load of the crane under steady running conditions.

5. Variable speed: refers to the horizontal displacement average linear velocity from the maximum amplitude to the minimum amplitude in the variable amplitude plane under steady motion.

6. Walking speed: refers to the smooth running speed of the mobile crane under the road driving state.

7. Rotation speed: refers to the rotation speed of the crane around its center of rotation under steady motion.

(III) Main technical parameters of bridge cranes and gantry cranes

1. Span: refers to the horizontal distance between the axis of the running track of the bridge type crane is called the span.

2. Gauge: It refers to the distance between the center line of the lifting trolley track.

3. Base distance: Also called the wheelbase, it refers to the distance between the center line of the crane or trolley supporting the longitudinal movement direction.

(IV) Main technical parameters of tower crane

Nominal lifting torque: When the standard arm is long, the maximum amplitude is the product of the gravity generated by the corresponding rated lifting weight.
