Operating procedures for Gantry and bridge cranes

1. The laying of the crane Subgrade and track shall conform to the factory requirement, and the rail grounding resistance shall not exceed 4 Ω.

2. The use of cable gantry crane, should be equipped with cable reel, distribution box should be set in the middle of the track.

3. A crane with a sliding line shall be marked with a distinctive color at both ends of the sliding line and the skid line shall be installed with a protective railing.

4. The track should be straight, the tail plate connection bolts should not be loose, the track and the crane operation range should be barrier-free, the gantry crane should loosen the clamp rail device.
