Parameters of overhead traveling crane

The main technical parameters of bridge crane include weight, span, lifting height, running speed, lifting speed, type of work and the duration of power supply of motor.

Lifting capacity

Lifting capacity, also known as rated lifting capacity, refers to the actual allowable maximum lifting load of crane, with ton (T) as the unit.

Crane weight 5, 10 (Dan Gou), 15/3, 20/5, 30/5, 50/lO, 75/20, 100/20, 125/20, 150/30, 200/30, 250/30t (hook) etc.. The number of molecules in the main hook weight, the denominator is the secondary hook lifting weight. For example, 15t/3t crane refers to the rated weight of the main hook is 15t, and the rated lifting weight of the auxiliary hook is 3T.

Bridge crane can be divided into three grades according to lifting capacity, 5 to lOt is small crane, lO to 50t is medium crane, and 50t is heavy crane.

span

The span of the bridge crane refers to the distance between the center line of the two ends of the main girder of the crane, that is the distance between the center line of the big rail, and the unit of meter (m).

The span of bridge crane is 10.5, 13.5, 16.5, 19.5, 22.5, 25.5, 28.5, 31.5m and so on. Each 3M is a grade.

Lifting height

The distance between the upper limit position and the lower limit position of the crane's sling or grab device (such as grab, electromagnetic chuck) is called the lifting height of the crane, and it is based on the meter (m).

Crane commonly used lifting height has 12, 16, 12/14, 12/18, 16/18, 19/21, 20/22, 21/23, 22/26, 24/26m and so on. Among them, the main hook lifting height, the denominator is vice hook lifting height.

running speed

Running speed refers to the speed of the large and small vehicle moving mechanism at its rated motor speed at the rated speed, in meters / cents (m/min) as unit. The running speed of the car is generally 40~60m/min, and the running speed of the cart is generally 100 to 135m/min.

Hoisting speed

The motor of the lifting mechanism can raise the speed of the heavy object at the rated speed, that is, the lifting speed. In general, lifting speed is not more than 30m/min, depending on the weight, weight, lifting requirements to determine.

The lifting speed and the hook speed can reduce the non production time, and the empty hook speed can be as high as two times of the rated lifting speed.

There is a special case of lifting speed, the low speed of the heavy load close to the ground, called landing low speed, in order to ensure personal safety and safety of goods, its speed is generally 4~6 m/min.

Work type

The crane work type determines according to the loading rate and busy degree, can be divided into light, medium, heavy and severe grade four.

(1) light grade. Running speed is low, the use of less? Full load less opportunity, power continuity rate of 15%. Used in places where work is not stressful and not burdensome. Cranes used for installation and maintenance in hydropower stations and power plants.

(2) intermediate. Often work under different loads, the speed is moderate, the work is not too heavy, the power continuity rate is 25%, such as the general mechanical processing workshop and assembly workshop crane.

(3) heavy grade. Heavy duty, often work under heavy load, power continuity rate of 40%, such as metallurgical and foundry workshop crane.

(4) severe level. The rated load is often suspended, the work is particularly busy, the power continuity rate is 60%, such as metallurgical dedicated bridge crane.

Power on duration

Each motor of the overhead traveling crane works intermittently during one working cycle, and the degree of heavy duty is expressed by JC%. The duration of power supply is the percentage of working time and working cycle

Type: for power on time; for rest time; T for the working cycle, a crane standard working cycle is usually designated as lOmin. The standard power supply rate is defined as 15%, 25%, 40%, 60%, four. [1]
