Portal crane maintenance

1. The safety settings of the rack drive variable amplitude drive of the portal crane should be sensitive and reliable. Because the rack is more prone to wear during operation, there is an impact during starting and braking. If the safety setting is not reliable, the risk of the boom falling over the stroke may occur.

2. The hydraulic transmission luffing drive device of the portal crane has the characteristics of compact structure and ability to withstand two-way force, but its piston, cylinder and push rod have certain precision, and it is necessary to strengthen maintenance.

3. Use a torque wrench to install the connecting bolts, so that the pre-tightening force is relatively uniform. Since the door crane is prone to vibration during operation, check the bolts regularly for looseness.

4. Hydraulically driven brakes should always check the amount of hydraulic oil. When it is insufficient, it should be replenished. Check whether there is hydraulic oil leaking out of the oil pipe joint or air entering the inside of the oil cylinder. If there is air in the oil cylinder, it should be removed in time.

5, the operating mechanism and brakes should be checked frequently, in particular, check whether the crane brake electromagnet is stuck due to vibration, and also check whether the coil of the electromagnet is damp.

6. The type of hydraulic oil in the oil pump should be selected according to the regional temperature. In order to prevent the oil pump from inhaling air during operation, it is necessary to check the discharge frequently.

7. Due to the self-importance of the portal crane, the bearings of the balanced trolley should be added with calcium-based grease once a week to ensure that the friction surface does not cause dry friction.
