I. Magnet EOT Crane brief introduction
Magnet EOT Crane for Steel Plate Steel Slab Lifting is equipped with detachable electromagnetic chuck. The main part of the electromagnetic crane is iron, after the current is connected, the electromagnet firmly sucks steel objects, lifting to the designated location, cut off the current after the magnetic disappears, steel items return to the ground. so especially suitable for the frequent loading and hailing working for magnetic black metal products and materials (e.g., steel ingot, steel, pig iron block) within the fixed span room in metallurgy factories, indoors or outdoors. Besides, it could also be used to carry the steel materials, iron, scrap iron, scrap steel, and scrap iron and other materials in machine factory or warehouses.

II. Steel Slab Lifting Crane Main Parts

Crane for Steel Plate Lifting is divided into five parts: box crane main beam, cart operation institution, trolley, electric equipment, magnet. All institution are used indoor. It has rain-proof equipment when it is used outside.

IV. Packing and shipments

1. The hoist, electric parts and other small parts will be put in wooden case, shipping marks and transport logo will be painted on wood case surface.
2. Packaged bridge accessories will be bond with main beam to utilize space and reduce transport charge.
3. Main beam will be protected by waterproof poly with caution color to prevent rain water and dust.

V. After Service

We have experienced overseas installation team, when the equipments are shipped to our customer company site, they will be installed and commissioning quickly.
We will provide lifelong tracking service for your crane equipment. During crane warranty period, due to our manufacturing result in product quality problems, we will be responsible for repair or replacement parts for free.
