COMPONENTS OF BRIDGE CRANES

The function of a crane is to move the lifted load horizontally and longitudinally in the building. The lifted load is usually supported with a hook which is cabled to a hoist. The hoist is supported by a trolley which moves horizontally along the crane bridge. The crane bridge is connected to a number of crane trucks at each end depending on the capacity and span. The crane trucks can have 2, 4 or 8 wheels based on the capacity of the crane. The wheels ride along a crane rail which is supported by runway beams. The figure below illustrates the basic crane components;

The crane is mainly composed of electric hoist, bridge frame, trolley running mechanism, electrical control system and other main components. The crane adopts double speed (speed ratio is 4:1), and the crane adopts frequency conversion speed regulation control (speed regulation ratio is 1:10). Scope of applicationLD crane is suitable for working under the working conditions of A3-A5, working environment temperature of -25℃-+40℃, relative humidity <85%, no inflammable, explosive and corrosive medium.It is forbidden to lift melted metals, toxic substances and inflammable and explosive substances.

Manipulation forms

(1) ground operation: the operator controls the flashlight door button on the ground to control the crane for loading operation. Crane running speed < 30m/min.

(2) operation in the driver's cab: the operator controls the crane by means of the control button or controller in the driver's cab. The running speed of the crane is >30m/min. The driver's cab is divided into side door (applicable to single-span workshop) and end door (applicable to double-kua workshop). The driver's cab also has open and closed forms for users to choose according to their needs.

(3) remote control operation: the operator controls the crane with the remote control in hand for loading operation.
