Single Leg Travelling Electric Single Girder Semi Gantry Crane

The semi-gantry crane is a kind of crane between the bridge crane and the gantry crane. The semi-gantry crane has only one outrigger. The other end of the crane is erected on the crane beam of the plant like a bridge crane, and runs on the plant. The track is commonly called the sky track, and the track on the ground is called the ground track. The lifting mechanism, trolley operating mechanism and bridge structure of the semi-gantry crane are basically the same as those of the bridge crane. Due to the large span, most of the crane operating mechanisms are driven separately to prevent the crane from skewed operation and increase resistance. It is equipped with anemometer and crane rail clamp interlocked with the operating mechanism. Semi-gantry cranes are generally electric hoist, so the rated lifting capacity is usually below 16 tons.
