Steel Scrap Handling Electrical Magnet Suitable for Cast Ingot, Steel Ball, Pig Iron, Machine Chip, various kinds of steel scraps, return scraps, baling scraps and etc in foundry factories and for iron powder in coal washer.
During slag disposal process, it can remove large size of iron at initial step. Outlet box has two chambers, an extra-thick fender and an anti-twist setting.

II. Electrical Magnet Main Features
1.Adopt totally sealing structure with good property of moisture-proofing
2.Majorized design by computer with reasonable structure, light dead-weight, strong attraction force and low energy consumption
3.The energizing coils are processed by special technology to improve the electrical property and mechanical property. Heat-resistant grade of insulating material reaches grade C with long service life
4.Rated power-on sustaining rate of normal type electromagnet is increased from 50% to 80%,which improves the efficiency of the electromagnet
5.High temperature type electromagnet adopts unique method of heat protection, the temperature of the attached materials is increased from 600 °C to 700 °C, which expands application range of the electromagnet
6.Simple and convenient installation, operation and maintenance
