Safety Reliability Smooth Running Crane Grab

I. Overview

The mechanical grab itself is not equipped with an open structure, which is usually driven by a rope or a connecting rod. It can be divided into two rope grabs and a single rope grab according to the operating characteristics. The most common is a double rope grab.

When opening the bucket, the center distance between the pulley of the upper crossbeam and the pulley of the lower crossbeam is increased, and then the steel wire rope is supported to fall down. The open bucket is placed on the loose accumulation to be grabbed, and then the steel wire rope is closed to recover the center distance between the pulley of the upper crossbeam and the crossbeam of the lower pulley to the original position, thus completing the process of grabbing the material. The closed bucket has been filled with materials. At last, the opening and closing and supporting wire rope are lifted at the same time. The whole grab is lifted, moved to the required unloading site by crane, and the grab is opened to unload the seized materials.
