What standards can the crane parts reach to be scrapped?

Cranes have many applications in our lives, because many machinery and equipment are moved by cranes. Crane refers to a multi-action hoisting machinery that lifts heavy objects vertically and horizontally within a certain range. Also called crane. Belongs to material handling machinery. 1. The scrap standards for forged crane hooks are:

　　(1) There are cracks and breaks on the hook surface. If cracks and breaks are found, they should be replaced immediately. Repair welding is not allowed.

　　(2) When the height of the working section of the crane hook (hanging wire) reaches 10% of the original height, it shall be scrapped.

　　(3) When the crane hook opening, hook neck, and the dangerous parts of the crane hook are seriously deformed, they should be scrapped; the hook opening that exceeds 15% of the original size should be scrapped.

　 (4) The crane hook tail and thread transition section with knife marks or cracks should be scrapped.

2. Scrap standard of brake wheel

　　 When the claw mark depth or radial wear on the working surface of the brake wheel reaches 1.5mm, it should be remanufactured and heat treated. The brake wheel of the hoisting mechanism shall be scrapped when the wear amount exceeds 40% of the original thickness; the brake wheel of the operating mechanism shall be scrapped when the wear amount exceeds 60% of the original thickness.

3. Scrap standards for pulleys

　　(1) The wall thickness of the pulley rope groove wears up to 20% of the original wall thickness;

　　(2) The radial wear at the bottom of the pulley rope groove exceeds 50% of the wire rope diameter or the uneven wear exceeds 3mm;

　　(3) Serious cracks were found in the cast iron pulley;

　　(4) The rim of the pulley is seriously damaged
