100t/32t 125t/32t Four Girder Metallurgy Bridge Crane for Smelting Workshop

Overview

YZS type four girder metallurgy bridge cranes are the main handling equipment for smelting workshop,mainly used for transferring,pouring and hot metal charging of liquid metal in smelting process.

YZS metallurgy bridge crane,adopts main crab and auxiliary crab,and four-girder and four-rail structre,is composed of bridge frame,main crab,auxiliary crab,lifting crab,lifting hook,long crane travelling mechanism and electric part.The main crab runs on the outboard main girder rail track,and the auxiliary crab runs on the inside main girder rail track.The main crab adopts ladle gantry hook to pick up steel ladle,and the auxiliary crab,the load handling device is hook,runs across under the main crab to accomplish pouring of molten steel and steel slag.Flexible balance the main hook aux hook distance for accomplishing the tapping.

The long crane travelling mechanism and main electric equipment are installed inside the girder.Inside the main girder adopt rock wool for heat insultation,equipped with industrial cooling fan.To avoid molten steel heat radiation to steel structure,thermal board is installed along the main girder bottom.

The long crane travelling mechanism adopts four-corner drive type.

The crane is euipped with a special electronic scale,and there are display devices inside the cabin and on the bridge,The main hoisting mechaism is furnished with an over-speed switch
