Warehouse Workshop Electric Single Beam Suspension Crane with Hoist

I. Overview

LX model electric single-girder suspension crane is used with electric calabash to operate on the ground, as a general purpose crane, used for general workshop and warehouse handling and carrying heavy objects.

This crane does not apply to the fire danger, medium of explosion danger and relative humidity is more than 85% or medium work full of corrosive gas, are not fit to the lifting of molten metal and toxic, flammable, explosive articles.

The crane is composed of the following parts:

1. Part of metal structure: the crane main beam (bridge) is divided into two forms. Small tonnage, the main beam of small span is made up of shape steel (steel steel + channel steel). The main beam of large tonnage and large span is the box-shaped solid girder with steel plate and steel. It is connected with the beam of steel (channel steel) through the connecting surface of the pin shaft.

2. Trolley: namely electric hoist, mounted on the flange of the main beam, has the lifting mechanism and operation mechanism.

3. The crane has many joints, the main beam and the non-steel connection, as well as the structural characteristics of the driver respectively, so as to bring convenience to the manufacturing, installation, maintenance and transportation.
