Installation specification

1, the car

The double hoist crane car was inspected by the test at the manufacturer. Therefore, after a slight adjustment to eliminate the transportation deformation, it can be directly installed on the bridge. When the bridge installation meets the relevant technical conditions, the trolley must not have three legs (ie, only three of the trolley wheels are in contact with the track, and the other is suspended. Otherwise, it is necessary to adjust the padding under the bearing box of the suspended wheel or under the track. The pad can only be a layer. When the pad is placed under the track, it must be placed at the main beam rib, and the two ends are spot welded.

1, The detection indexes of the metal structure are carried out according to the regulations. In order to reduce the amount of work at height, the installation and wiring of each equipment are carried out on the ground as much as possible.

2, Before the erection, the crane must be pre-installed according to the following methods. If the defects are found to be eliminated in time, please contact the manufacturer immediately if the user cannot handle it. After the double hoist crane is installed on the factory, the manufacturer cannot handle such problems.

a. Place the crane on two parallel tracks that are in the same plane.

b. Use the end beam bolt hole as the positioning standard. Connect the end beam according to the attached figure—the crane installation connection part number, and combine the cranes. After adjusting, press the bolts. After the crane is assembled, all indicators should meet the relevant data.
