European Standard Design 3.2ton Electric Single Girder Crane Main Girder Section
1. The main beam adopts optimized design, light weight and reasonable structure.
2. The main beam is a box beam or H-beam structure, which is welded and formed by steel plates.
3. The steel material is domestic steel (Q235B).
4. The vertical winding degree is in accordance with Chinese national standards.
5. All steel plates are shot blasted to achieve Sa2.5 standardization.
6. Check and clean the steel plate carefully before welding, usually by automatic welding (MIG or semi-automatic welding).
7. Non-destructive testing of main welds.
Overhead Crane End beams
1. The end beam is made of domestic steel 6Mn.
2. The end beam is welded and formed of rectangular steel tubes or steel plates. The formed end beam is positioned and processed on a CNC machine at one time to achieve the allowable deviation range to ensure national dimensional accuracy and tolerances.
3. Each end beam is equipped with double rim wheels, bumpers and anti-rail protection devices.
4. Double-beam cranes arrange maintenance platforms (maintenance walkways) on the drive side of the cart along the direction of the main beam.
5. The main beam and end beam are connected by high-strength bolts to ensure the accuracy of the whole machine and stable operation.
