Across the 17~12m span, the effective cantilever on the left and right sides should be 3m at the maximum.

7) The spacing between the two legs should ensure that the soil bucket can be smoothly passed. The size of the soil bucket is subject to the drawings provided by Party A, and the size of the two buckets of 20 cubic meters and 16 cubic meters can be ensured. The size of the soil bucket is shown in the figure.

8) Vehicle control mode: variable frequency speed regulation, electrical system design needs to eliminate the power supply trip problem at the construction site that may be caused by the inverter starting;

9) The main cable is equipped with an automatic cable reel. The reel needs to have the ability to load a cable of 100 meters and supply power in the middle. The gantry crane power supply adopts the five-wire power supply mode, and the zero line directly connects to the gantry crane.

10) Working level: The working level of the crane is A6, and a lightning rod is required.

11) The gantry crane is a double-sided cantilever structure. When the maximum span is 30 meters, the effective cantilever is 3 meters each. The double cantilever can be removed.

12) Unloading form: perpendicular to the running direction of the cart, the slag bucket can pass between the two legs, and a safe distance between the cab and the hoisting mechanism is required.

13) The design, manufacture and installation of the crane must meet the national crane standard. The crane performance is stable and reliable, ensuring that the equipment can work normally under the maximum 6-level wind, and has an anemometer for measuring wind equipment.

14) The equipment has effective noise reduction measures to meet urban night construction requirements.

15) Equipment design should fully consider that the equipment can be moved, disassembled, etc. multiple times. It is necessary to consider that the equipment has good operating space when repairing, the height of the trolley is not less than 2 meters, and the railing on the girders adopts a detachable connection mode.

16) The crane has safety protection function to avoid crane accident or damage caused by driver misoperation. The crane safety device should include but not limited to the following items: manual rail clamping device, weight measuring device, overload automatic alarm and power-off device , lifting height limit device, large and small car running limit device, device for preventing crane collision, buffer, winder, anemometer and other safety monitoring devices.

17) There is no blind zone in the driver's control room. It can observe any position where the hook arrives and has air conditioning to prevent heatstroke and antifreeze. The operation control device of the driver control room is controlled by linkage console and control button.

18) The special spreader should meet the requirements of the lifting slag bucket. The strength and size of the special spreader design (taking into account the size of the slag bucket) must meet the actual working conditions. According to the actual engineering conditions, the main hook is installed under the flat beam of the special spreader and is detachable (conveniently applicable, does not affect the construction of the hanging slag). The spreaders on both sides of the flat beam are detachable (do not affect the construction of the main hook), and should be considered. The location where the main hook and the slag bucket meet when the soil is dumped. According to the design experience of the supplier, the special spreader can be installed parallel to the direction of travel of the cart to meet the actual working conditions of the project.

19) The crane has a hydraulic automatic dumping function. The hydraulic cylinder connection is connected by the trunnion at both ends. When the oil level of the fuel tank is low, the operating room has an automatic alarm device.

20) The spreaders on both sides of the pole beam are connected by a soft chain and are connected by a plate chain.
