I. Brief introduction
Roof traveling overhead crane is rack-mounted in the workshop, warehouse and yard. According to the need, single girder overhead crane and double girder overhead crane are designed and produced.Single girder roof travelling crane runs longitudinally along the rails on both sides of the viaduct, so it can make full use of the space below the bridge lifting materials and not hindered by ground equipment. The common applications are for light duty works.the common capacity is from 1ton to 16ton, and Max. 32ton. Single girder roof travelling overhead crane is the most extensive lifting machine, but forbidden to work in the Inflammable, explosive and corrosion environment.

II. Crane Component Details

Roof traveling overhead crane are mainly composed of main beam, end beams, electric hoist and electrical systems.

1. Main beam of roof traveling overhead crane
Our company uses Q235B manganese carbon structural steel, once forming technology more strong and elegant. The main weld is submerged arc welding, non-destructive testing, the whole beam after welding for shot peening cleaning.
2. End beam of roof traveling overhead crane

3. Electric hoist of roof traveling overhead crane
Electric hoist has single speed CD type and double speed MD type to choose.
The motor brand is Nanjing special tapered rotor brake motor, which reduces the noise, saves the cost of spare parts and improves the working efficiency. Reducer gear material for 45 steel forgings, more durable. Steel wire reels are designed with closed flanges to prevent the rope from jamming.
4. Electrical system of roof traveling overhead crane
The power supply is in the form of tram line, and the vehicle is equipped with aviation plug, and there is no need for wiring on the spot.
