I. Brief introduction

QF-22ML crane anti-collision system is widely used for distance detecting, alarming and switch limit of cranes, rail carts, lifting equipments, flow-line equipments.

1. distance detector been installed at the end of crane, baffled-board at opposite object.

2. Baffled-board must be corresponding to sensor light axis of detector in a straight line. Laser light can help to install them.

3. Forewarning and alarming sound prompt(mainframe) can be installed in control cabin, using cable to connect them according to wiring diagram.

4. Double check the wiring after finished connecting, then switch on the power C380V/220v/36v, the alarm starts to work.
