1. The door frame adopts a box-shaped single girder and L-type single leg welding structure. It not only increases the working space, but also facilitates the transportation, installation and maintenance.

2. The electric conduction of the small car adopts the special-shaped rail, the safe sliding contact line and the cable conducting device.

3. Standardization, serialization and generalization of parts.

4. The power supply of the crane has the cable drum type (divided into the left and right ends) and the sliding contact line (divided into the left and right sides), which can be selected by the user.

5.The driver's room has a wide field of vision, and a linkage console is set up, and the operation is flexible and comfortable. The fan, hot air heater, air conditioner, air conditioner, interphone, etc. can be added in accordance with the requirements of the user.

III.Packaging & Delivery

(1)Packaging

1. Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood crate, to reduce distortion in conveying.
2. Main beams, end beams and trolly/winch are packed by plastic woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion during the transportation.
3. If the size are suitable for container ship, usually by container.
4. Big size, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation.
5. Transport ways are based on reducing cost & keep safety.
