Trolleys and hoisting mechanisms

1) The trolley and hoisting mechanism runs on the top rail of the main beam and adopts a compact design.

2) The trolley running drive adopts the three-in-one drive mechanism and is equipped with Schneider standard universal variable frequency speed control system. It has hard tooth surface, quiet design, good sealing and no oil leakage. If there is leakage during the warranty period, it will be replaced free of charge.

3) The travel mechanism of the trolley has a safety stop device and a buffer device.

4) Cross wheel material adopts GGG70 ductile iron installation form with boring direct loading wheel structure

5) The hoisting mechanism adopts a three-point adjustable rotation limit and has the functions of double safety limit and wrong phase protection limit. The trolley running mechanism adopts a cross-bar limit switch, and the limited position switch is well sealed and dustproof.

6) The hoisting mechanism wire rope adopts the products complying with the relevant international and Chinese standards. All steel wire ropes are made of high-toughness steel wire rope. The maintenance-free design does not need to be coated with anti-rust oil. In Europe, the braking force is not less than 2160N/mm, and the safety factor is not less than 5.
