1. Description of lifting magnet for excavator and crane
Electromagnetic lifter is a kind of electromagnetic principle, by energizing the internal coil to generate magnetic force, passing through the magnetic conductive panel, the workpiece contacting the surface of the panel is tightly sucked, and the demagnetization is realized by the coil power off and the magnetic force disappears, and the principle of removing the workpiece.
2. Features of lifting magnet for excavator and crane
2.1 Special magnetic circuit design with large air gap magnetic density. The coil is made of aluminum wire or copper wire, and the line union protection plate is made of rolled high manganese steel plate with good wear resistance and impact resistance. Light weight, low energy consumption, heavy lifting capacity and long service life.
2.2 Reasonable insulation structure. The insulation treatment adopts vacuum drying and vacuum filling to improve the electrical and mechanical properties of the coil. The heat resistance grade of the insulating material can reach the special grade C.
2.3 The constant voltage control method is usually used. If the strong excitation control method is used, the lifting capacity can be further improved.

3. Three types of lifting manget for option:
2.1 Normal temperature type (DC-220V TD-60%): for lifting normal temperature steel scraps.
2.2 High temperature type (DC-220V TD-60%): for lifting high temperature steel scraps or lift steel scraps in high temperature environment. It is specially for used to lift steel scraps into furnace to make steel in steel plants. This magnet can handle the steel scraps under the temperature of 600°C.
2.3 High frequency type (DC-220V TD-75%): for lifting normal temperature steel scraps in high frequency use. It can be operated more efficiently and frequently since the duty cycle is up to 75%.
The over-excitation control system (DC350/DC290V/DC-200V) is also available for large size magnet of this kind, in order to quicken the current, increasing speed and to exert stronger lifting capacity.

6. Advise on using Kino magnets:
6.1 Kino magnets should be working at the environments of moisture-proof and raining-proof. It cannot be placed on wet ground and environment, or it will lead to some moisture inside the magnets and reduce the insulation value, finally will make the magnet temperature will go up faster and magnetic will drop.
6.2 When the operators are off work, they must remember to cut off the electricity of the magnets, prevent the burning-out of magnets from being energized for a long time.
6.3 Please often check the input voltage and current of the magnets to see if it is normal. If the fuse is burnt, you must find out the causes before you can continue to use them.
6.4 The 2-phase direct current output from the electrical cabinet goes to the magnets. It need to often check whether there is any current leakage happens. This is the main reason for the decrease of magnetic and the increase of output current. The cable reel, the magnet outlet, and the fixed point of the reel cable are the main points. There are many magnets when using will appear to spark between magnets and the scraps.
